Terms & Conditions

OnRally is a scheduling and discovery platform for tennis, padel, and pickleball players, coaches, and clubs. These terms explain what OnRally is, what it isn't, and what you're responsible for when you use it.

By creating a profile or using OnRally, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What OnRally does

OnRally provides software tools that let you:

  • Create a public profile
  • Share availability and home courts
  • Send and manage play requests, lesson bookings, and event sign-ups
  • Publish or join club activities
  • Accept payments for coaching sessions (coaches on paid plans)

What OnRally does not do

OnRally does not:

  • Organize, host, or supervise matches, lessons, or events
  • Verify player identities, skill levels, or credentials
  • Employ, endorse, or certify any coach or club
  • Act as a coach, club, or athletic operator
  • Guarantee the accuracy of any self-reported information
  • Mediate disputes between users

Your responsibility

All matches, lessons, and activities on OnRally are independently organized by users and conducted off-platform. By using OnRally, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own safety and conduct
  • You assess whether an activity, lesson, or event is appropriate for you
  • Skill levels, ratings, and credentials are self-reported and unverified
  • You participate at your own risk

Coaches & clubs

Coaches and clubs are independent third parties. OnRally does not employ, supervise, or certify them. Any arrangements, agreements, or payments occur directly between users. Coach payments processed through OnRally are a platform convenience — OnRally is not a party to those transactions.

Reporting concerns

If you encounter behavior that feels unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate, you can report the user or activity directly within the platform. Reports help us maintain a respectful environment but do not constitute supervision or verification of any user or activity.

Legal terms

Limitation of responsibility — OnRally is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from user activity; disputes, cancellations, or no-shows between users; or errors in self-reported information.

Platform access — OnRally may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse or violation of these terms.

Governing principle — OnRally provides scheduling tools only. All athletic activity is independently organized by users and outside OnRally's control.
