OnRally is a scheduling platform for racket sport players, coaches, and clubs. We collect the minimum amount of personal information needed to run the service, we never sell your data, and we never store payment card details.

When you use OnRally, we collect:

• Account info — email, password (hashed), and the name and handle you choose
• Profile info — anything you add to your public profile (sports, level, location, photo, bio)
• Booking & event data — lessons, matches, and events you create or join
• Payment metadata — for paid bookings, we store transaction IDs from Stripe (never card numbers)
• Technical info — IP address, browser type, and basic device info needed to run the site securely

We use your information to:

• Run your account and show you on OnRally
• Match players with coaches, clubs, and each other
• Process payments through Stripe on Pro plans
• Send essential emails (booking confirmations, password resets, account notifications)
• Keep the platform secure and prevent abuse

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

• Your public profile is visible to anyone with the link — only what you've chosen to add
• Coaches and clubs you book with see your name, contact info, and booking details
• Other players you match with see your public profile
• OnRally staff may access account data only when needed for support, security, or legal reasons

Payments on OnRally are processed by Stripe. We never see, store, or handle your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest standard for payment security.

OnRally uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make payments work through Stripe. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.

If we ever add analytics in the future, you'll be asked to opt in first via the cookie banner.

• Data is stored on encrypted servers in the EU and US
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• All connections to OnRally are encrypted (HTTPS)
• We follow industry best practices to keep your data safe

You can, at any time:

• View and edit your profile from your settings
• Export your data by emailing hello@onrally.app
• Delete your account and all associated data from settings
• Ask us a question about your data at hello@onrally.app

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA — including the right to access, correct, or erase your personal information. Contact hello@onrally.app to make a request.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep it (e.g. tax records for paid transactions).

OnRally is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact hello@onrally.app and we'll remove it.

We may update this policy as OnRally evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or with an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
